Boring Brew LLC Refund policy
- We at Boring Brew LLC strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely happy with their coffee purchases, because of this we will exchange any coffee (within 30 days of the purchase) that you feel does not meet your expectations. To start the exchange process please send an email to gm@boringbrew.com. Someone from our Quality Assurance team will then contact you directly to finalize the process. We would ask for you to return the unused coffee to us, at your cost, so that we may have our Quality Assurance Team assess the coffee and complaint.

All of the products listed on this site are able to be shipped. Orders will be shipped the same or following business day after the order has been received. If you have provided us with your email address you will be sent an email including the tracking information and a detailed packing slip. Roasted coffee orders can be shipped anywhere in the world, we do ask that you contact us directly for any shipments that will be going outside of the United States. Domestic Shipping is done via USPS. Please contact us directly if you wish to have your order shipped a different method as other charges would apply.

At Boring Brew LLC, our goal is to provide you with the best service and extraordinarily delicious coffees.
Coffee is perishable and is roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or have concerns about the quality, our expert Customer Service team is here to help you. Please contact us at GM@boringbrew.com within 30 days of your purchase.
