We at Boring Brew LLC strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely happy with their coffee purchases, because of this we will exchange any coffee (within 30 days of the purchase) that you feel does not meet your expectations. To start the exchange process please send an email to gm@boringbrew.com. Someone from our Quality Assurance team will then contact you directly to finalize the process. We would ask for you to return the unused coffee to us, at your cost, so that we may have our Quality Assurance Team assess the coffee and complaint.
